Rustic Ridge

Welcome to Rustic Ridge cabin!

You will enjoy this 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin set in Laurel Valley Community in beautiful Townsend, TN. Enter in to the cabin and walk directly in to the great room with cathedral ceiling, exposed wood beams and beautiful wooded views. The main living room features a wood burning fireplace, Futon sofa and two comfy recliners. The fully equipped kitchen is ready with a dishwasher, range, microwave and all of the dishes/pots/pans, etc to cook your family a meal.

On the main floor of Rustic Ridge, you will find one private bedroom with a king size bed. There is a full bathroom right outside of the bedroom door as well. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower floor. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a conjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower combo between them.

The lower level also features two sofa's and a loveseat. A gas fireplace & TV. This level also has a large covered deck with outdoor furniture.

Rustic Ridge also has a small laundry room with a full size washer & dryer for your use.

RENTING THIS CABIN INCLUDES THE PRIVILEGE OF USING THE SEASONAL SWIMMING POOL AND YEAR ROUND FITNESS CENTER AT THE COUNTRY CLUB, WILD LAUREL.

Just outside the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
