Bear Haven

Located in Townsend, TN inside the Golf community of Laurel Valley, this wonderful two bedroom cabin awaits you. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have comfortable beds, a queen down and queen upstairs.

The open living space encompasses the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen space is fully equipped with a dishwasher, range, microwave oven and more. The living room in this cabin has a gas burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV with a YouTube subscription for your watching pleasure. The entire space has a cathedral ceiling with exposed wood beams. It is a beautiful space!

The cabin has a four season sun room overlooking the golf course, a large wood deck off of the sun room and it has a spectacular views!! Also, on the second floor, the cabin has a catwalk to a top level deck that provides stunning views of the Smoky Mountain Range. A Charcoal grill, and outdoor seating are there for your enjoyment.

The entire cabin has free wifi.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
